APPRENTICESHIPS IN THE DIGITAL ERA SUCCESS STORIES
A methodology based on the DigComp 2.2 framework, focusing on the development of the digital competences by students during the apprenticeships has been proposed.
The methodology targets both VET teachers and company trainers and its main aim is to assist them in organising apprenticeships in the digital era (face to face or virtual).
The methodology includes instructions, practical examples, guidelines and templates. It also addresses issues like collaboration between VET institutes and companies.
The methodology has been piloted by the consortium with 2 apprentices in each partner country. An Ebook and a library of videos have been developed based on that piloting.
Those productions include detailed description of the actual organization of apprenticeships, testimonials from trainers and mentors, testimonials from students and photographs.
